Jenna Heckler exclusively practices immigration law, which is focused on employment, investment, and family-based immigration matters. Jenna has successfully assisted clients as they navigate some of the most challenging areas of law, including 0-1, EB-1, National Interest Waiver (NIW), EB-5, E-2, H-1B, L-1, and immigration petitions. Jenna serves as counsel to emerging businesses, multinational corporations, public and private institutions, educational facilities, investors, families, and individuals. Sue Patel is an experienced immigration specialist with more than 20 years of corporate immigration experience. She has supported Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized organizations, and individual clients across a wide range of employment-based immigration matters. Sue's background includes extensive work with PERM labor certifications, nonimmigrant visa filings, immigrant petitions, adjustment of status, and consular processing, but her main expertise and love now lies with PERM labor certifications. Sue began her career at Baker McKenzie and later worked at Vedder Price, where she gained experience managing high-volume immigration matters for multinational clients. Sue previously served on the Board of the Illinois Paralegal Association for more than a decade and now sits on the AILA Paralegal Advisory Committee. She is a Wisconsin Notary Public and fluent in Gujarati. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University and an ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate from Roosevelt University.
