Late March 2025: USCIS will conduct the lottery and notify employers of the selected registrations.

April 1, 2025: Filing period opens for those chosen in the lottery. Employers will have 90 days to submit their full H-1B petitions and accompanying documents.

June 30, 2025: Final deadline to file petitions for FY 2026 under the standard lottery process.
